With the start of the new year I’ve decided I need to be more grateful. I need to remember my blessings more, stop complaining, be happy, and live in the moment. Journaling can be a very helpful with many mental health issues especially low self-esteem and rampant self-doubt. Have you ever been extremely anxious, angry, sad, frustrated, and once you spoke to someone, or wrote it down, you felt better? Just being able to express yourself is very important for happiness. Journaling is a fantastic way to express yourself.
I have been a mother for 14 months. I have an absolutely beautiful and smart little girl. This past year has flown by. There have been good days and bad. There has been utter exhaustion and complete joy. I have to admit right off that bat that becoming a mother is the greatest accomplishment I’ve ever had.
