What are your favorite Halloween movies and treats?
Growing up I remember coming home just about every year after trick or treating and watching Edward Scissorhands. It was always one of my favorites. I love Halloween, the movies, the books, the treats, the costumes, and especially the fun with family.

i forgot about a few of these – but i always think of the first Harry Potter as christmas, dont ask me why lol
It doesn’t feel like Halloween until you watch Hocus Pocus! Can’t wait to watch a few new ones with our toddlers this year!!
Love twitches! And Hocus Pocus is a classic. There’s no Halloween without it!
What a fabulous family tradition for Halloween! My girls just got into the Harry Potter books this past summer, and so far they have the first 4 movies (thrift-store finds), so I am going to have to put the other 4 on their Christmas list for the grandparents/aunts/uncles to get them for sure! And don’t forget Hotel Transylvania 3 – my girls LOVED the first two, and were excited to see #3 in theaters a few weeks ago with Daddy!
Whenever it comes to weekend or any celebration I always get confused about the best film selection. Thanks for sharing the list.
The Witches!! #1 Halloween fav!! Dang. Now I wanna watch it!

Thank you for sharing this. We’re skipping trick or treat this year due to COVID and simply planning a movie marathon this Halloween. I would love to rewatch Casper and Harry Potter. I totally forgot about Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas and would love to add that to our watchlist too.
The perfect idea for a family night in. We enjoy catching films together
Omg! This list just made me nostalgic . Casper the friendly ghost is a classic ! I think I may have watched all these movies as a child. Some in school when the teacher gave us movie day lol
I love your movie lists and I am pretty sure my kids will be having a great time watching these movies. Thanks!
